By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.


1. Service Description 

ChatterMate provides a cloud-based platform designed to enhance customer experience and automate communication. Key features include:

  • AI automation with secure human handoff

  • Knowledge-base training & data-driven learning

2. Subscription Plans 

We offer 3 plan levels based on organizational needs:

2.1 Self-Hosted (Free Version)

  • Self-managed deployment & maintenance

2.2 Professional ($49/month)

  • Fully managed cloud hosting

  • Priority support channels

  • SLA-backed uptime and compliance controls

  • Fully on-premise or hybrid deployment options

3. AI Usage Terms 

We ensure ethical and secure use of AI throughout the platform:

  • All customer-owned content remains customer property

  • Machine learning improvements use anonymized patterns only

  • Customer must hold legal rights to all training data provided

  • AI responses may require human verification in critical workflows

Misuse of AI that violates laws or generates harmful content is strictly prohibited.


4. Integration Rules 

To maintain platform integrity, users must:

  • Safeguard API keys, credentials, and authentication tokens

  • Follow third-party service policies (Shopify)*

  • Adhere to usage limits and fair-usage constraints

  • Allow logging for troubleshooting and regulatory tracking

5. User Account Management

Each organization is responsible for:

  • Appropriate role assignment and access control

  • Regular review of active and inactive user access

  • Secure removal of access during employee offboarding

Suspicious or unauthorized activities must be reported immediately.


6. Data Handling & Security 

ChatterMate follows strong security practices:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS)

  • Regular backups and system monitoring

  • Data retention practices based on subscription tier

  • Secure and verifiable data deletion procedures

7. Support Policy

8. Customization & Intellectual Property 

Platform customization terms:

  • Logos, trademarks & branding must follow identity rules

All non-customer assets are legally protected.


9. Termination of Service 

Service may be terminated due to non-payment, legal violations, or misuse. When termination occurs:

  • Customers may export data before access is revoked

  • A notice period may apply based on plan type

  • Refunds offered per contract terms

  • Account access will be permanently disabled after completion
