Conversations can be filtered (by AI agent, human agent, customer email, or date), reassigned between agents, and monitored from a real-time dashboard. Handoff is context-aware, with business-hours awareness and live agent-availability detection; inactive AI chats auto-close after 24 hours, and updates sync to every participant in real time. ## Jira integration Create and manage Jira tickets directly from chat conversations. ChatterMate connects to your Jira Cloud instance over secure OAuth 2.0. Connect once at the organization level, then enable and configure Jira per agent. Browse and select your Jira projects, choose the issue type, and set the priority from the options in your Jira instance.
